ARAMARK has won two industry-leading Menu Innovation and Development Awards (MIDAS), demonstrating the company's excellence in food development.
MIDAS, set up to recognise the best menu and food development managers in the country, handed the Premium Staff Dining award to Nick Brookwell, ARAMARK's Food Development Director and its Fairtrade award to Val Carter, the company's Corporate Responsibility & Learning and Development Director.
The MIDAS judges said that ARAMARK had demonstrated "an ability to deliver an 'on trend' offer within a staff restaurant environment that competes with the high street."
Nick Brookwell commented: "We're chuffed to bits. These are prestigious accolades which show that ARAMARK really is at the top of its game, and worthy recognition of our efforts to bring added value to our clients."
MIDAS is run by the Menu Innovation Network, a body set up for group menu development managers and group executive chefs to continually improve their food and drink offers.
