Corporate Responsibility is at the heart of the way all good companies do business, and ARAMARK is no exception. It's a complex and involved subject. We have developed a strategy that focuses on our key impact areas.

Our aim is two fold, to:
  • Develop ARAMARK's performance in all impact areas and be seen as an industry leader in the CR arena and a place where the best people want to work
  • Support our clients CR strategies and bring added value through the services we provide

Our Corporate Responsibility Pillars

ARAMARK is a member of Business in the Community (BITC). We follow their overall guidelines which fall under their Workplace, Marketplace, Environment and Community streams. To ensure we dovetail with our global Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy, we have aligned our pillars with the US (see Vision and Focus section).
