I joined as a Supervisor and was promoted to Duty Manager at a site with a restaurant serving 2,500 customers. The role was different every day in this role but always with a strong focus on customer service and meeting their needs. As a new Duty Manager, strong support from my manager ensured that I received extensive management training.
During this time, my manager recognised my potential and encouraged me to grow my skills in the financial side of the business. ARAMARK assisted me through relevant financial training courses, onsite training and coaching. At the beginning of 2007 I was promoted to Finance Manager.
Within ARAMARK, you have plenty of opportunity to grow and develop. The company will provide the training to enable you to do this and to move into a different sector within the business. I'm proud of what I have achieved with the support of my manager and the company.
