Is there a closing date for graduate applications?
Yes, this is stated in the application process for the year.
How long does the graduate scheme last?
One year, though you are supported in the following years.
Is there a probationary period for roles at ARAMARK?
Yes, this depends on the role and is outlined in your contract.
What are typical working hours?
This can vary according to the site and whether you are full or part time. Usual full time hours tend to be 40 hours.
Does ARAMARK support study for specialist qualifications?
Yes we do. However this will depend on the specialism and your circumstances.
I don't have a visa to work in the UK. Will the company support me in my application?
ARAMARK are willing to sponsor applications. We follow the immigration requirements at the time.
Can I apply if I don't have a full work-permit?
The UKBA (UK Boarder Agency) will be able to advise you.

Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes.
What can I expect at an interview?
Depending on the level of the role you can expect to attend between 2-4 interviews. Management roles may require you to complete an on-line profile questionnaire prior to your final interview.
You will be asked questions about your skills, attitude and experience to perform the job role effectively. Sometimes you may have the opportunity to be shown around the proposed place of work and meet the people who already work there.
If my application is unsuccessful, can I request feedback?
Although we encourage applications, we will only contact you if your application is successful.
If I have been unsuccesful at interview, can I request feedback?
Yes, you can ask for feedback from the person who interviewed you.
Will I be expected to travel around the country in a role at management level?
We are a UK National organisation so all management roles require some travel. The amount of travel required will depend upon the specific management role.
Are there lots of social activities?
We have a number of social activities that are arranged at local level.
