The Graduate Programme
The ARAMARK Graduate Programme is a bespoke development programme, attracting and engaging post graduate students from degree themes to the industry: Hospitality Management, Tourism Management and Business Administration.
The initial Graduate Programme spans 12 months of combined development and rotation experience. Graduation from the programme will be at the 12-month stage, after which development through to leadership status will continue ad hoc.
The objective is to develop an improved and consistent level of graduate managerial performance across ARAMARK in the UK, ensuring maximum future return on investment by the end of the 12-month period and positively promoting future graduate schemes through example.
As a graduate trainee, you will spend your first months getting to know how the business operates, building on your business and people management knowledge. You’ll gain exposure to up to four entirely different parts of our business, to truly embrace the diversity of this organisation and to help you identify which operating area you’d be best suited to. You’ll soon be given you first taste of responsibility and expect to be challenged!
Our graduate trainees are mentored throughout their development, and will be expected to progress through unit management and into area / general management positions within two to three years. Ideally we’re looking for ARAMARK leaders of the future.
