ARAMARK, the award-winning managed food service company, has won a NEW Defence contract with a turnover of £19.5million including catering, retail and leisure sales over five years with the Imjin Barracks Innsworth and DSDA Ashchurch Geographical Remit Contract. The new five-year contract, beginning in April, will see ARAMARK provide comprehensive catering, cleaning and sub-contracted services to the two sites near Gloucester.
ARAMARK will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner menus with retail and leisure facilities for the 1,200 service personnel and civilians plus the local military community in the nearby area, seven days per week. £500,000 will be invested by ARAMARK into on-site catering facilities and will include a new Costa Coffee offering and newly refurbished local Spar Convenience store.
